For the manufacture of diagnostic kits and pharmaceutical applications, Vital Products provides antibodies, coagulation reagents, disease-state/abnormal sera, pathogens and viruses. We also supply normal and abnormal patient samples with values for cancer makers, drugs, hormones, viruses etc. for quality control and other uses.

For serum matrices , we supply human or bovine albumin, gamma globulin, thrombin, human defibrinated plasma, serum off-the-clot, recovered plasma and source plasma. Also, human or animal antigens, fluids, enzymes, organs, sera and tissues are available.

Occasionally during manufacturing, the need will arise for products not listed in our catalog. Please do not hesitate to inquire as to product availability. Joint ventures to develop new products have already begun.

Limited Warranty

Seller warrants, to the original purchaser only, that the products listed in the catalog are of the composition and purity described therein. Buyers exclusive remedy, under this warranty, is expressly limited to replacement of unused product(s) meeting the catalog description. Statements made about the product(s) by the seller do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon by the Buyer.

The entire risk as to the performance of this product is assumed by the buyer. The seller should not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from use of the product.

Any implied warranties relating to the product(s), including any implied warranties or merchant ability and/or fitness for a particular research use of other purposed, are disclaimed. In the event of default of payment when due, all delinquent charges, cost of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs will be paid by the Buyer.

Terms of Sale

Written and verbal purchase orders are considered binding upon the purchaser. They can only be canceled if Vital Products is mutually agreeable. Payment terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise specified.We accept all major credit cards for payment. Customers delinquent in accounts will be assessed 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. New customers and customers repeatedly past due will be placed on a prepaid basis. We require a Letter of Credit or Wire Transfer of Funds on shipments outside of the U.S.. Information on Freight Forwarder preference expedites shipments.

Materials are for diagnostic in vitro use only.

Return Policy

Sampled Product:

All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods and require complete documentation. Material can be returned only if the purchaser is satisfied that the shipment is not the same as the pre-shipment sample. Product which has been altered in any manner from its original state or not in the original container is not returnable.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. A restocking charge of 25% is due on any material returned to inventory. Beyond 30 days, the purchaser may not return goods for any reason.

Un Sampled Product:

It is Vital Products policy to provide samples for customers to evaluate prior to ordering products. Vital Products strongly discourages ordering without prior evaluation samples. If the customer specially request that the product be ordered and shipped prior to evaluating a sample, sight unseen, then the following applies:

Vital Products must be informed within 5 working days upon receipt of material, if the product does not meet specifications.
